What a wonderful thought! I think I'll use a version of it next time I'm accused (by Him Who Shall Not Be Named) of being completely mad, I'll be able to point out that I must be being most thoroughly logical!

So true, so true. Chesterton says that the thoroughly logical person is the madman. Poetry reminds us that logic is not the sum of all knowing.
