Friday Quote: On Useful Pets

The Tiger

The Tiger on the other hand,
is kittenish and mild,
He makes a pretty playfellow for any little child;
And mothers of large families (who claim to common sense)
Will find a Tiger well repay the trouble and expense.

I apologise for posting stuff this fluffy, and yes, I know I'm doing it because there's so much non-fluffy stuff going on INSIDE that I've got to keep things light on the OUTSIDE to keep functioning until it all sorts out.

Your patience is appreciated.

Great Scott--Nah. Just bring it in when Stan's students are doing the petting zoo. :)

Nothing wrong with "fluff," LuCindy, you know that! The rest of us can use a good laugh now and then, too.

I'll have to be sure and read this one to the YM. I'm sure he will be very afraid. :)

He and K enjoyed the A. Panda story, by the way. And K *really* likes Mary Oliver! I am shocked and amazed!

prayers,

Beth
